Qobilov Rustam Rajabboevich

Samarkand regional governor's assistant on youth policy, social development and spiritual-enlightenment affairs.

He was born on May 8, 1984 in the district of Taylak.

He graduated the Samarkand State University (bachelor, master's degree).

Specialty : sociologist, economist.

In 2015, he was elected as a Deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Head of the Initiative Organization of Kamolot Youth Social Movement at Samarkand State University in 2005-2009 (publicly);

Samarkand Regional Information-Analytical Center for Civil Society Studies (2008-2009);

From 2009 to 2011 the head of the "Leading youth" center of the Regional Council of Kamolot Youth Social Movement;

Chairman of the Samarkand City Council of Kamolot Youth Social Movement for 2011-2015;

Member of the Committee on Agriculture and Water Management Issues of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 2015;

He has been the chairman of the Regional Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan in 2017-2018.

Since April 16, 2018, he has been working as the Deputy Mayor of Samarkand Region for Youth Policy, Social Development and Spiritual Affairs.
