According to “Saving financial and nonfinancial spiritual heritage : strategy which main problems and solving them“,
an international conference and the opening ceremony of the twelfth international music festival "Sharq taronalari" will be held in Samarkand.
Ms. Odry Azule, head director of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) of UNO came to Samarkand to participate in these events.
