Rustam Rajabboyevich Kobilov has been appointed to the newly established position of deputy governor of Samarkand Region for Matters Concerning Official Delegations in accordance with a decision by the governor of Samarkand.
Rustam Kobilov served as a deputy governor for Tourism, Culture, Cultural Heritage, and Mass Communications prior to this appointment.
