Large-scale construction and improvement works are being carried out in the railway areas of Samarkand city as part of the Renovation Program.

In accordance with the program, modern multi-apartment houses, social facilities and all necessary infrastructure facilities are being built in this area instead of about 3 thousand dilapidated houses, designed for 100 thousand residents. The work being carried out in the area was discussed in detail at a presentation held with the participation of the regional governor Adiz Boboev. It was attended by heads of construction organizations, architects and designers, and special attention was paid to improving projects in order to form a modern image of the area, creating comfortable conditions for the population. During the presentation, proposals were made on the planning of engineering and communication networks, ensuring the quality and safety of construction work, based on the location of the buildings. It was also emphasized that it is important to improve the architectural appearance of the area and take into account the needs and requirements of the population in the construction of multi-storey residential buildings. At the end of the discussion, relevant instructions were given to those responsible for further accelerating the construction work being carried out in the railway area.
