Large-scale construction and creative work are being carried out in the neighborhood called “Nurli Yul” based on the resolution by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan 

“On measures to introduce integrated construction mechanisms and ensure transparency in the construction of multi-apartment residential complexes”. Sherzod Kudbiev, who is the chairman of the national committee for urbanization and sustainable development of the housing market and the governor of Samarkand region Adiz Boboev got acquainted with the work being carried out in this area. It was emphasized that ensuring the consent, rights and legitimate interests of citizens in the housing construction process is a priority task. On the same day, a presentation was held at the “Samarkand Invest Company” JSC dedicated to the integrated development of the housing stock. The issues of effective use of land resources, systematic formation of engineering and communication networks, and the construction of modern infrastructure were discussed in detail. Specific tasks have been set to create decent living conditions for the population in the Samarkand region and further improve the city's infrastructure.
