According to this initiative, the Samarkand region is helping to further develop the Nukus district of the Republic of Karakalpakistan based on its experience.

Projects worth 898.5 billion soums were developed by the Samarkand region for the socio-economic development of Nukus district, health care of the population, construction and creative works, launching of new enterprises and job creation, in short, all-round development in 2022-2024,.

A number of facilities are being commissioned in Nukus district today according to the "Roadmap" approved on the basis of this initiative,. More than 300 activists from Samarkand are also participating in these events, which are causing the joy of the people of Nukus.

The first place officially put into use was the "Memorial Square" built on an area of 6.5 hectares based on a project worth 7.2 billion soums.
