An event dedicated to the awarding of “Mehnat Fakhriysi” badges was held in Samarkand.

This event, organized as part of the “Week of the Elderly”, recognized the selfless, enterprising and exemplary work of  the seniors. Honoring the elderly, showing them respect and honor is one of the age-old values inherent in our people. Today, this tradition is enriched with new content and is becoming an important educational school. According to the decision of the Board of Trustees of the “Nuroniy” Foundation, veterans who have worked effectively in the economic, social and cultural spheres of our country for many years were awarded “Mehnat Fakhriysi” badges. Among them are 86 seniors from Samarkand. The event was attended by the acting regional governor, Adiz Boboev, who congratulated the veterans. In his speech, the regional head expressed his gratitude to them, noting that the life experience and work of the enlightened ones are an example for young people. - Our elderly people are actively involved in every field and contribute to the development of society. Their prayers and active participation give spirit and strength to all our work, - said Adiz Boboev. It was emphasized at the event that such initiatives are a vivid expression of attention and respect for the elderly.
