A promotional event was held in the youth center of Samarkand city to convey to the general public the content and essence of the 

Address of the Head of our State to the Oliy Majlis and our people and the priority tasks set at the meeting of the Security Council held on January 13, 2026.

It was attended by the chairmen of the neighborhoods, imams-khatibs, directors and deputies of secondary schools in Samarkand city. The event was attended by the deputy governor of the region Husan Tukhtaev, the director of the non-governmental educational institution “Training and Methodological Center for the Improvement of the Qualifications of Employees of the System of the neighborhoods of Uzbekistan and Methodical Support of neighborhoods” Khurshid Ochilov, the head of the department of the neighborhoods of Uzbekistan Hotamjon Ketmonov, and others. The speeches provided detailed views on the issues of socio-economic reforms, improving the well-being of the population, working with youth, ensuring public safety in neighborhoods, and strengthening the spiritual and educational environment outlined in the Address of the Head of State. The role and responsibility of representatives of neighborhoods, educational institutions, and the religious sphere in ensuring the implementation of the tasks set were emphasized. At the end of the event, the importance of forming a plan for future work based on the proposals and comments made was noted.
