The international competition of professional skills among electricians of distribution networks of Turkic-speaking countries, which was held in Samarkand, has ended.

Experienced electricians from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tataristan and Uzbekistan took part in it. Representatives of Turkey and Tajikistan participated in the competition as observers. For two days, the participants demonstrated their skills in the conditions of freeing the victim from the effects of electric current and providing him with first aid, extinguishing a fire at a transformer station and KTPs-10/0.4 kV, and taking a power transformer and a 0.4 kV distribution device of a two-transformer TP (GKTP) for repair. Today, the solemn closing ceremony of the competition was held. According to the results of the competition, the Azerbaijani team, which participated in the competition with innovative ideas in the field, became the Grand Prix winner. Participants from Uzbekistan took first place, representatives of Kyrgyzstan and Tataristan took second place, and participants from Kazakhstan took third place. The winners of the competition and active participants were awarded with souvenirs by the organizers.
