The second regional stage of the "Parliament Games" sports competition for the Cup of Oliy Majlis Senate Chairman has been held in Samarkand.
Deputies of Samarkand, Bukhara and Navoi regions competed in mini football and badminton.
The team of deputies of Navoi defeated the deputies of Bukhara with a score of 6:2, while the deputies of the Bulungur district won the regional stage with a score of 5:3 in the mini-football match.
Masudakhan Gafarova, deputy of Navbahar district council of Navoi region, won the first place in the women's badminton competition.
The second place was awarded to Dilobar Jumaeva, deputy of Karovulbazar district of Bukhara region, and Nigora Shodieva, deputy of Kattakorgan district, third place.
The winners and prize-winners of the tournament were awarded by the organizers.
