Adiz Boboev, the governor of Samarkand region, attended its opening ceremony and got acquainted with the modern infrastructure, technological capabilities, and conditions provided for startups created here.

On the first day of the new center's operation, memorandums of understanding were signed with the company “Humonola Inc” aimed at developing startup projects. This agreement will expand the opportunities for young Uzbek programmers and innovators to promote their ideas on a global scale, in particular, in the US market. “Samarkand Digital Hub” is expected to serve not only the development of the IT and startup ecosystem, but also become an important platform for strengthening technological cooperation. The center aims to realize the innovative potential of young people in the Samarkand region, connect them with international investors and the technological community. Thus, the opening of the new center was another important step towards the development of the digital economy.
