A republican demonstration seminar is being held in Samarkand on the topic “Measures to increase the income of the population through the effective use of personal and rental land based on the new system established by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

The chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, first deputies of governors of regions and Tashkent city and deputies for agriculture and water management, governors of 71 districts with difficult conditions, heads of territorial departments of the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment and the Central Bank, assistant governors operating in 1024 neighborhoods with difficult conditions, 10 from each region, and representatives of the media attended in the seminar. The seminar participants first got acquainted with the processes of growing, supplying and exporting carrots to the domestic market on the basis of the principle of “One contour - one product” on land leased to residents in neghborhood called Shurboyicha of the Samarkand district, based on the new system established by the head of our state.
