It was full of exciting moments for 8 children growing up in the first House of Mercy on December 28.

The opening ceremony of a family orphanage was held in Uzbekkenti neighborhood of Samarkand district.

 The prosecutor general's office of the Republic has taken the initiative to provide social support to 8 children deprived of parental care, to ensure that they are brought up in a family environment and to open a family orphanage.

 The event was attended by senior officials of the prosecutor general's office, heads of ministries and departments, regional and district sectors and the general public.

 The governor of Samarkand region E. Turdimov addressed the event and thanked the initiators of this noble cause.

 At the end of the event, participants got acquainted with the favorable conditions created for children.
