Nurullaev Batirjon Utkirovich.

He was born in the city of Hamza district of Tashkent on 9 ^th of March in  1969 .

Education - higher,  he graduated Samarkand Agricultural Institute in 1989, in 2005 - Tashkent Financial Institute. Economist-organizer by profession, banking.

1990-1990 Samarkand district economical economist;

1990-1991 - Leading Specialist of the Interregional Department of Samarkand city of the Uzbek bank of innovation-commercial bank "Ipak Yuli";

1991-1994 - Economist, Head of the Department of Short-Term Crediting of Samarkand Bank of Uzdehsanoat Bank;

1994-1995 - Head of Banking Operations Department of Samarkand branch of Uzdehsanoat Bank;

1995-1996 - Head of Banking Operations Department of the Private Joint Stock Commercial Bank "Pakhta Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

Samarkand regional branch of Specialized Zamin State Mortgages Bank (1996-2001);

From 2001 to 2002, he worked as the manager of the Central Operations Department of the Tashkent Main Department of the NBU NBU;

From 2002 to 2003 - Manager of Central Operations Department of Tashkent Main Department of Regional Branches of NBU;

2003 - Head of Internal Audit Department of Control and Audit of the NBU;

From 2002 to 2011 - Deputy Chairman of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

2011-2017 Director-General of the Volovskiy Broiler Open Joint-Stock Company of the Russian Federation;

In 2018, he served as General Manager of Tau Tools U Open Joint-Stock Company.

Deputy Governor of Samarkand region for tourism development in 2018-2021.

 2021 y.  - now.  Deputy Governor of Samarkand Region for Tourism, Sports, Culture, Cultural Heritage and Mass Communications - Head of the Main Department of Tourism and Sports
