He was born in Kushrabat district of Samarkand region in 1969.
Education - Higher, he graduated Tashkent Institute of National Economy in 1991.
Specialty: Economist.
1991-1993 years - Senior Specialist of Debt Management Department of Syrdarya branch of Uzpromstroybank, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Head of Financing and Lending Department in Investment and Construction and Supply Organizations;
1993-1995 years - Manager of Zarafshan branch of Uzpromstroybank;
1995-1996 Deputy governor of Zarafshan city on economy issues;
From 1996 till 2000 he was the manager of the Navoi regional branch of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity.
2000-2008 the governor of Khatirchi district;
In 2008, he served as the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Economic Reforms in the Village;
The governor of Navoi Region in 2008-2016;
From 2016 to 2018 he served as the governor of Surkhandarya region.
Acting governor of Samarkand region from July 13, 2018.
In 2006 he was awarded the Order of Labor Glory.
Member of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
