Lot 1 - Reconstruction of a 3.8 km bypass road in the Imam Al-Bukhari historical complex and construction of two bridges in the Payaryk district of the Samarkand region;

Lot 2 - Repair of 38 km of internal roads in the Khoja Ismail municipality in the Payaryk district of the Samarkand region.

1. The Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the “Borrower”) received funding from the Abu Dhabi Development Fund (“the Fund”) in the form of a loan to cover the costs of the “Modernization of infrastructure sites of Samarkand region” Project.
2. Khokimiyat of Samarkand region invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for the above works. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures established in the guidelines of the Development Institutions of the members of Coordination Group for the Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services and any bidders may participate from eligible countries.

4. Bids shall be valid for 120 days after the bid opening and be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bank guarantee in the amount of:

Lot 1 - USD 80,000,

Lot 2 - USD 55,000 or a freely convertible currency equivalent.

5. Bids can be delivered to the address below by March 25, 2025 until 16.00 (Local Time). Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders wishing to participate in this process. Late bids will be rejected. The bid packages will be opened at 16.05 (Local time) on March 25, 2025 at the following address:
