Tukhtayev Husen Mirzaevich has been appointed as the deputy of the governor of Samarkand region for youth policy, social development and spiritual and educational affairs by the decision of the governor of the region.
Husen Tukhtayev worked as the head of the of the Youth Affairs Agency of Uzbekistan in Samarkand region department before this appointment.
