Lian Yebin who is an investor of China aims to implement a granite mining and processing project in the remote Qushrabot district of Samarkand region.

In the process, the investor has carried out construction work for a foreign enterprise in the district and brought workshops. Adiz Boboev , an acting governor of the region, said that he intends to expand his activities and establish a range of services in the future, rather than just mining and processing granite. According to Lian Yebin's project, he aims to mine 150,000 m3 of granite, produce 2.2 million m2 of finished products and export them to foreign countries. He expressed his desire to make effective use of electricity supply and tax incentives for this purpose. The head of the region emphasized the need for the investor to work taking into account the existing opportunities and the rich potential of the partnership, and expressed his readiness to assist him, within the framework of the law, in further improving his promising projects for the district.
