


A delegation led by Adiz Boboev ,the governor of Samarkand region, held a meeting with Tim Keene, the President of Webster University as part of its trip to the United States.
This dialogue was significant in that it was aimed at bringing bilateral educational cooperation to a new level. During the meeting, the main attention was paid to the issues of combating cybercrime, establishing effective cooperation in the field of education, improving the personnel training system, and training specialists with modern knowledge and skills in the field of cybersecurity. The parties discussed the possibilities of exchanging experience between higher educational institutions, implementing joint programs to improve the skills of professors, teachers, and specialists. Also, the agenda included issues of adapting educational programs based on the demands and needs of the labor market, and introducing a system for training personnel with practical skills. In this regard, views were exchanged on the widespread introduction of international experience and the development of new projects based on advanced educational models. The parties expressed their readiness to continue cooperation in the future, expand joint projects, and work closely to create a modern educational environment in the Samarkand region.
