Adiz Boboev, the governor of  Samarkand region, visited the “Bahora” children's health resort located in the Urgut district and inspected the process of preparing for the summer vacation season.

In particular, the improvement work being carried out in the camp area, the conditions being created for children, and the state of the infrastructure were studied in detail. During the study, special attention was paid to a number of shortcomings and tasks that need to be completed. Clear and firm instructions were given to those responsible for further improvement of the territory, creation of necessary amenities in children's dormitories, as well as arrangement of the road leading to the camp and asphalting of some internal areas and corridors. The head of the region emphasized that ensuring safe and meaningful recreation for children and creating modern conditions for them is a priority task. For your information, this summer season, a total of 21,515 children are planned to be treated at 71 children's health centers across the region.
