Abilov Feruz Ne’matullaevich has been appointed to the position of the first deputy of the governor of Samarkand region on issues of charge of finance, economy and poverty alleviation.
Feruz Ne’matullaevich was born in Narpay district in 1978. Before this appointment, he worked as the position of deputy governor of Samarkand region for agriculture and water management issues.
