A forum of entrepreneurs of Sichuan province and Samarkand has been held in the People's Republic of China today.

The Governor of the region Erkinjon Turdimov took part in the forum with his speech and noted that as a result of the joint implementation of the agreements reached during the high-level visits, the multi-faceted cooperation between Uzbekistan and China is developing consistently and has a clear and rich meaning. He also noted that based on the available opportunities, further improvement of cooperation relations in green energy, electrical engineering, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, food, science, metallurgy, construction, tourism and other fields are an urgent issue facing business representatives and entrepreneurs of the two regions. The meeting was full of questions and answers and intense debates and discussions, and finally a number of agreements were reached.
