We have recently reported that cooperation bonds were established between Samarkand State Medical University and China's Xinjiang Medical University.

Yesterday, A delegation of Xinjiang Medical University visited Samarkand State Medical University on March 29. The Chinese delegation got to know the educational system of the Samarkand State Medical University during the visit. Also, issues of cooperation between the two universities were discussed. Mentioning about the importance of mutual cooperation in the educational system, they agreed on the implementation of promising projects in the future. At the end of the meeting, the Rector of Xinjiang Medical University Haji Akber Aisa was awarded the title of “Honorary Professor of Samarkand State Medical University”.
