A group of women who have taken an active part in the process of radical reforms in the country with their fruitful work and rich practical experience, who have shown initiative and example in building a new Uzbekistan and improving the welfare of our people, were awarded honorary titles, orders and medals.

 Among the winners from Samarkand region are bellows:

 Umurzokova Mehriniso - individual entrepreneur of Bulungur district with the order “Mehnat Shuhrati”

 Alimova Gavhar Zayirovna - mayor of Kattakurgan with the order of “Dustlik”

 Gladkova Tatyana Sergeevna - head coach of athletics of Samarkand college of Olympic Reserve with the order “Soglom avlod uchun” II degree

 Safarova Gulmira Karimovna with the medal “Soglom turmush” - the chairwoman of the citizens' assembly of the mahalla "Mohpar" of Ishtikhon district.

Suyunova Umida Khurozovna with the medal “Sodik khizmatlari uchun”- a teacher of mother tongue and literature at specialized boarding school №59 for blind children in Samarkand city.
