12 billion soums were spent on the reconstruction of the center, which was established in the building of the former military academy "Temurbeklar Maktabi".

As a result, a training center was built for 14 professions that are in high demand in the domestic and foreign labor markets, such as bricklayers, electric welders, plasterers, painters, plumbers.

The 450-seat training center also has a 450-seat dormitory and kitchen.

It is noteworthy that every citizen who is recognized as unemployed by the district and city employment centers and admitted to study on a referral basis is paid a monthly stipend of 560,000 soums.
