Large-scale construction work is being carried out in all cities and districts of the region aimed at developing housing, social facilities, and engineering and communication infrastructure today.

The event, which was held at the “Mujiza” festival in Samarkand, was attended by industry workers, architects, and veterans. Adiz Boboev, the governor of the region, congratulated representatives of the construction industry on their professional holiday and recognized their worthy contribution to the development of the regions. As noted, for the first time in the history of the region, large-scale construction and modernization work is being carried out in 139 schools, 66 kindergartens, 127 medical institutions, and 5 higher educational institutions in one year. As a result, 65.5 thousand new students will be created, and 8 thousand 840 places in kindergartens will be created. During the event, a group of dedicated builders were presented with Certificates of Appreciation and souvenirs from the regional administration. The festive event continued with a concert program featuring regional artists and famous singers.
