In accordance with the Decree of our President “On awarding a group of workers in the fields of culture, art and literature”, a group of selfless creators and specialists who have been effectively working in these areas in our country have been awarded high state awards.

Among them are representatives of our region. A solemn ceremony of awarding these awards was held at the regional administration. At the ceremony,Adiz Boboev the governor of the region, spoke and touched upon the work being carried out to develop the fields of culture, art and literature, preserve our rich historical heritage, and strengthen the atmosphere of mutual understanding, kindness and tolerance in society. He sincerely congratulated our compatriots who received state awards and wished them success in their future activities. In accordance with the presidential decree, a member of the Union of Artists of Uzbekistan, a skilled ganchkor master Shahobiddin Amriddinov was awarded the Order of “Mehnat Shuhrati”, the artistic director of the “Zarafshon” folk song and dance ensemble under the Kattakurgan district department of culture Mansur Khudaiberdiev and the actor of the Kattakurgan city drama theater Utkirjon Ochilov were awarded the Order of “Do'stlik”, the director of the Samarkand Institute of Archeology named after Yahyo Gulomov Muminkhon Saidov, the director of the “Samarkand” State Museum-Reserve Masud Samiboev, and the chief director of the Samarkand Regional Musical Drama Theater Shukhrat Sanakulov were awarded the “Shuhrat” medal. At the event, our awarded compatriots expressed gratitude for the high attention and recognition and emphasized that they would continue to serve the cause of the prosperity of the Motherland, the development of our national culture and art.
