Adiz Boboev, who is an acting governor of Samarkand region, has met with Arnaud Ngatcha, a deputy mayor of Paris
Arnaud Ngatcha, who is a deputy mayor, highly appreciated the strengthening of mutual cooperation between the two countries.
They also shared their experiences in the activities of local government bodies. In turn, Adiz Boboev made proposals for cooperation in decentralization of local government, implementation of effective management, and organization of waste disposal processes in the city.
