The practical visit of the Samarkand delegation to the People's Republic of China is going on.

Currently, representatives of our region are in Guangdong province.  The meeting is taking place between Erkinjon Turdimov, the governor of the region,  and Zhang Shofu the deputy chairman of the standing committee of the people's assembly of Guangdong province,  at the moment. The parties noted that bilateral relations have been developing over the past years thanks to the efforts of the heads of state of Uzbekistan and China.

It was noted with satisfaction that the dynamics of relations at all levels are increasing, political dialogue and mutual cooperation on important issues are strengthening. Issues of bilateral cooperation between the regions were discussed in many areas of interest to the parties during the meeting.
