The head of our state gave an order to establish, at least, one "clean neighborhood place" in every district of our republic, on the example of Kamashi neighborhood, Kasbi District of Kashkadarya Region.

"Prosperous neighborhood center" is being organized in 23 neighborhoods in order to ensure the implementation of this task in Samarkand region. For example, measures were taken to organize the image of the neighborhood in an exemplary manner by selecting the citizens' meeting of neighborhood "Mingchinor" in Bulungur district, creating all-round comfort for residents, and supporting business activities.

Pedestrian corridors and work-out areas were built. 27 new business entities were launched. Shoe repair, car maintenance workshops, 2 hairdressing salons, 2 sewing workshops, 1 beauty salon and 6 shops were established.

Employment of 116 citizens was ensured during January-August of this year. 34 families included in the "Iron Register" and 96 young people included in the "Youth Register" were given assistance and support and removed from the register. With the establishment of 11 types of service stations in "a clean neighborhood place " 45 citizens were provided with employment.

In particular, 3 people included in the "Iron Book", 11 people included in the "Women's Book", 4 young people included in the "Youth Book" and 27 unemployed citizens of the neighborhood got permanent jobs.

- Our work on changing the appearance of our district and improving neighborhoods is not limited to the Mingchinor neighborhood, - says S.Astanov, the governor of Bulungur district. - Since the beginning of the year, neighborhood Bulungurarik has been improved within the framework of the "heavy area " project, while under the State program "clean village", improvement and construction works are being carried out in Bot-Bot village of neighborhood Bogbon and Charbog village of Chorbog neighborhood.

At the opening event of the " clean neighborhood place " district "through neighborhood" work center gave 37 citizens listed in the "Iron Book" equipment such as a motor cultivator, a sewing machine, and a cooking oven.
