Adiz Boboev, the governor of Samarkand region, held an open dialogue with orphaned youth living in the neighborhoods attached to him in Samarkand city.

The problems of young people, the issues that bother them, and their future plans were discussed in detail at the meeting. During the dialogue,  the young who wanted to get employment, get an education, learn a profession, and start entrepreneurship appealed to the regional governor. Each appeal was listened to, and specific instructions were given to the heads of responsible organizations to eliminate the identified problems. Special attention was also paid to the issues of wide involvement of young people in entrepreneurial activities, effective use of preferential loans and subsidies, and meaningful organization of their free time. The authorities were tasked with targeted work with each young person and providing practical assistance based on their interests and potential. As noted, supporting adopted youth and helping them find their place in society remains a priority. Work will be consistently continued to ensure that the problems of each young person are not ignored, and that they are employed and socially active.
