The government of the region organized an awarding ceremony for Sevara Mamatova, Sabrina Chakomanova and Gulsevar Ganiyeva, who successfully participated in the Asian Boxing Championship and won gold medals that was held in Jakarta, Indonesia, from July 5 to 15 of this year.

Adiz Boboev, the governor of the region, presented the athletes who achieved worthy results in the competition with certificates of appreciation and souvenirs from the regional administration. The coaches who prepared the champions for the prestigious competition - Furkat Mamatov, Mirjalol Jabborov and Khurshid Tursunov - were also duly encouraged. This victory of young boxers on the international stage was one of the important results in the development of regional sports.
