On the instructions of the President, the regions of the Republic are attached to all districts of Karakalpakstan, and it is planned to assist Samarkand region in the development of Nukus district on the basis of its own experience.

In order to implement this idea, a group of Samarkand entrepreneurs led by the governor of the region Erkinjon Turdimov have visited Nukus district of Karakalpakstan to discuss the final projects of socio-economic development of the district.

According to the plan, Samarkand entrepreneurs will implement projects in Nukus district aimed at horticulture, fisheries, poultry, textiles, processing of agricultural products and the development of metal profiles.
