The status of the participants of the Second World War was informed
The governor of the region Erkinjon Turdimov, Commander of the central military district Aybek Saidov,
heads of sectors, representatives of the military and the public visited the homes of World War II veterans Mikhail Kolmogorov and Safiya Pogrebova, who live in Samarkand, and congratulated them on the New Year.
The governor of the region read out the congratulatory message of the President to the parents and solemnly handed over a commemorative plaque "30 years of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan." Participants of the Second World War were presented with gifts and certificates for medicines from the regional administration and the Central Military District Command.
