
Adiz Boboev who is an acting governor of Samarkand region has met with Jiang Jiang that is a vice president of the Chinese National Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.
During the conversation, it was discussed that trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between our countries are developing rapidly. The head of the region Adiz Boboev spoke about the increasing trade turnover between Uzbekistan and China in recent years, and the implementation of joint projects in the production of chemicals, mechanical engineering, construction materials, household appliances, and agricultural products in exchange for direct investments attracted to Uzbekistan from China.
- We are ready to implement projects with China on the processing and export of electrical engineering, construction materials, and agricultural products, - said the head of the region. Jiang Jiang who is a vice president of the Chinese National Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries noted that the Uzbekistan-China relations, which are developing year by year, are of great importance not only for our countries, but also for Central Asia. He also noted that the introduction of a visa-free regime for citizens of Uzbekistan and China from June 1 of this year will also give a great impetus to the further development of mutual relations. - We are always ready for cooperation with Samarkand. We will develop a roadmap for the implementation of new projects in the areas and sectors listed by the head of the region and participate in its implementation, - said Vice President of the Chinese National Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.
