These and other innovations, which are planned to be introduced into the field, will be held in our region by the leaders of the archive services of the CIS countries tomorrow.

It will be discussed at the 19th meeting of the Advisory Council and at the international scientific-practical conference on “archives and electronic documents: current requirements”.

This has been announced at the press conference organized by the “Uzarxiv” agency under the Ministry of Justice at the regional Press House.

Sherzod Sadikov, the deputy head of the “Uzarxiv” agency, gave detailed information about the Advisory Council of heads of archive services of the CIS countries, the prestigious event and the order of its holding.

As noted, this council was established on December 3, 2004 in order to jointly consider current issues related to archival work and eliminate problems in document exchange. Uzbekistan joined it in 2021. Currently, it includes Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine and the Kyrgyz Republic.

According to information, the introduction of artificial intelligence and digitization technologies to the archival work, as well as the procedure for publishing archival documents through mass media, are discussed and relevant decisions are made at the conferences.
