Honored Journalist of Uzbekistan Muayyana Khodjaeva who was born in 1941 in Samarkand and has worked for many years in the newspaper "Uzbekistani Surkh" (later "Haqiqati Uzbekistan", now "Ovozi tajik"), national radio, STV is 80 years old today.
In this regard, the honorary journalist has been awarded a congratulatory message and a memorable gift from the governor of Samarkand region E. Turdimov.
- I am overwhelmed by such attention, - said M. Khodjaeva. - I was glad that my hard work was recognized at the recent ceremony on the occasion of the Day of the Press and Media Workers. I think this is another bright manifestation of the care for the creative people and journalists in our country. O God, may those who honor me always be respected and taken care of, by our people!
Ms. Khodjaeva was also presented with souvenirs from the regional Tajik and Tajik-speaking National Cultural Center, Ovozi Samarkand newspaper, as well as a new certificate and a badge of the Creative Union of Journalists of Uzbekistan.
