The delegation, led by  Sherbek Buranov, who is the first deputy governor of Samarkand region , held an important meeting at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Baden-Württemberg as part of its trip to the Federal Republic of Germany.

The economic and investment potential of the region was presented. In particular, detailed information was provided about the existing industrial zones in the region, infrastructure opportunities, and the conditions created for foreign investors in agriculture, tourism, and production. During the conversation, the parties discussed the prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation, paying special attention to the issues of expanding trade and economic relations, implementing joint projects, and establishing investment cooperation. Representatives of the Baden-Württemberg Chamber of Commerce and Industry expressed their readiness to develop cooperation with the Samarkand region at the end of the meeting.
