Delegation of the US Congression are in Samarkand
Adiz Boboev, the governor of the region, welcomed members of a US Congressional delegations led by Jason Thomas Smith, Chairman of the House Committee on Ways and Mean at Samarkand railway station.
As part of the visit, the American guests are set to familiarize themselves with Samarkand’s rich historical and cultural heritage. In particular, the delegation members have visited the Imam Bukhari Complex and other notable landmarks in the city.
